Skagen Bird Festival 2025: Festival Site Program
You can find the festival site in the Lighthouse Garden right by the Grey Lighthouse!
The festival site is open every day from 10 AM to 3 PM from Thursday May 29th to Saturday May 31st 2025.
At the festival site, you can find shop stands of world-renowned brands of binoculars and telescopes, and try out equipment or have a chat with the experts at Kowa, Leica, Zeiss, Swarovski and NYA-EVO.
NYA-EVO features the festival for the first time, and they produce backpacks tailored for the bird watcher with a lot of camera equipment.
DOF's own shop, Naturbutikken, visits the festival with everything good from the store's many product groups.
In DOF-North Jutland's green tent, they are happy to help with getting started with DOFbasen, their database over bird sightings.
You can also pick up or buy a copy of North Jutland's Birds 2024 and the Bird Station's Yearbook, though both are only available in Danish.
At the Naturbutikken, you will also find the Bird Ambassadors and DOF's Eagle Club for children, which invite you to exciting experiences in the bird universe around the country.
Saturday evening, the Bird Festival ends with a cozy communal barbecue from 5 PM in the garden of the Grey Lighthouse.
